EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS CUBARMA (EPC)

The EPC is open to Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts (Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors),
along with their siblings, friends, parents, guardians, and adult Scout Leaders.
All youth participants must be accompanied by an adult.
Walk-on registrations are permitted.
Staff volunteers are needed to help design, construct,
and/or run activity and other stations.

WEBELOS READYMAN PROGRAM (WRP)

The WRP is an extra cost option for Webelos Scouts or Junior Girl Scouts.
Other Scouts, siblings, friends, and adults cannot be participants.
The EPC With WRP fee includes the EPC, but EPC participation is optional.
The WRP takes a half-day to complete.  Each Scout will be assigned to a Class.
Scouts can choose either the Morning Session (AM) or the Afternoon Session (PM)
Pre-registration is required.  Walk-on registrations are not permitted.
 
Staff volunteers are needed to be First Aid Instructors,
Class Supervisors, and Special Assistants.
Participating Cub Scout Packs and Girl Scout Troops are expected to supply
the Class Supervisors and the Special Assistants for the WRP.

STAFF VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers are need for the EPC and the WRP
Volunteers can be adult leaders, parents, guardians, Boy Scouts,
Girl Scouts (Cadettes, Seniors, or Ambassadors), Venturers, or Explorers.
Volunteers can also be outside individuals or organizations with expertise
in firefighting, first aid, or emergency preparedness.

REGISTRATION STEP 1

Use the Contact Person Form to apply to be a Contact Person for your Den, Pack, or Troop.
Approved Contact Persons will receive a Contact Person ID Number by email.

REGISTRATION STEP 2

Use the Registration Forms to add participants and pay required fees:

            Youth EPC = $10.00  (no charge for siblings/friends 5 years or younger)
            Youth EPC With WRP = $15.00
            Adult EPC = $5.00

A $5.00 late fee will apply to all registrations after Friday, October 10, 2014.
 
You will need your Contact Person ID Number to add participants on your Doubleknot Account.
If you do not already have a Doubleknot Account, you will be asked to create one.
